I have a set of BAM files that are mapped through a splice aware program. Please help to extract the sample information from my own BAM files through the getBamInfo() command.

Please read the help page for getBamInfo and SGSeq vignette section 2. Note that your BAM files must contain the custom tag 'XS' for spliced reads. If you are looking for help with a particular problem or error you need to provide more information (error message, sessionInfo() output, aligner information etc.)
