Hello everyone I am analyzing some dataset of microarray gene expression from GEO, bue I don't know what R package form bioconductor I should use? I will be grateful with any suggestion.

You should try not to be so mysterious with your questions. What microarray data? Give a GSE and an example of what you have done. Have you read the vignette for GEOquery? What have you tried? For almost all data on GEO you don't need to use the raw data (GPR, apparently?) if you are happy with what the original authors did, or if they are just providing a matrix of raw-ish data.

A good starting point is probably one of the available Bioconductor workflows for the analysis of microarray expression data, for instance, this one. However, that workflow is about Affymetrix microarray data and you mentioned 'gpr format' in the title of your question, which suggests a different type of microarray data. For importing and analyzing '.gpr' files you probably should consult the limma User's guide, which you should find at the limma package landing page, and search for the keyworkd 'gpr'.

As James suggested in his comment, if you give more details, you may get more helpful answers.

cheers,

robert.
