Hello, I constructed my own co-expression network using WGCNA tool. I came across this study : https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-017-18705-z and found out its Figure 5 shows the network of genes in turquoise module. It's so beautiful but I can't do for my network. I have looked back to the tutorial and know that there are two softwares: VisANT and Cytoscape performed to visualize the network, but just between genes in each module and clinical traits. Can anyone guide me to visualize the network of genes in each module or point out the tutorial for that purpose? Thanks in advance.

While you may like that figure, I'm not sure what it is actually showing that's of use. Nevertheless, you can easily generate something similar by following my tutorial on Biostars: https://www.biostars.org/p/285296/

Well... maybe you're right. I think I don't need it. Anw, thanks for your help, @Kevin
