How to convert bedgraph.sorted or wig files to coverage files

I have around 42 files that are currently in both .bedgraph.sorted and wig form, but I need them to be in .cov form so I can run analyses in BiSeq. Does anyone know if it is possible to make this conversion, and if so, how I can do so?
