hi , i m making the txdb in that ..

Prepare the 'metadata' data frame ... Error in GenomeInfoDb:::lookup_tax_id_by_organism(organism) : 
  Solanum_lycopericum: unknown organism. Please use 'loadTaxonomyDb()' to see viable genus/species and
  taxonomy IDs.

im getting this kind of error please help me out from this .
