Hi, is there a list of all platforms/chips/arrays supported by BioC and/ or non-BioC packages? By "platforms" I mean Affy, etc. Also forthcoming packages related to this are welcome. stefano

If you are asking about annotation data packages for chips, then I think you can get to such a list using BiocViews: By chip name: http://bioconductor.org/packages/1.8/ChipName.html By chip manufacturer: http://bioconductor.org/packages/1.8/ChipManufacturer.html Just Affy: http://bioconductor.org/packages/1.8/AffymetrixChip.html If you aren't looking for a list of annotation packages, then I'm not sure I understand, perhaps you can clarify. Best, + seth
