It is my pleasure to announce the release of Bioconductor 2.0. This release includes 36 new packages and many improvements and bug fixes to existing packages. The 214 package in Bioconductor 2.0 are compatible with R 2.5.0 released on 24 April. Please visit for details and downloads.
