Hi, I am trying to get the Oligo package work. But i am encountering many errors while doing so. I have successfully installed the Oligo package and the hapmap100kxba packages. I am using R GUI on windows and i install packages using the GUI tools. But when i try to intsall the pd.mapping50k.xba240, i get an error saying the following: Error in sqliteNewConnection(drv, ...) : RS-DBI driver: (could not connect to dbname "E:/biocbld/bbs-2.0-bioc/R/library/pd.mapping50k.xba240/extdata/pd.map ping50k.xba240.sqlite" ) Error : .onLoad failed in 'loadNamespace' for 'pd.mapping50k.xba240' Error: package/namespace load failed for 'pd.mapping50k.xba240' I got the package from the bioconductor website. Any idea why this is happening? I am unable to proceed with the Oligo package without this. Thanking you Aashish Dattan

Look for updated packages soon. + seth -- Seth Falcon | Computational Biology | Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center http://bioconductor.org
