Dear list, I used to get/use/display rma normalized expression values by the command eset at exprs[] after computing expression with rma. It looks that something has changed in R 2.6 and BioConductor 2.1 with affy_1.16.0. Implementation of the command gives out an error message: no slot of name "exprs" for this object of class "ExpressionSet". Checking with "str" did not give me any useful info either. Any idea about it? thanks, Jianping ################################## Jianping Jin Ph.D. Bioinformatics scientist Center for Bioinformatics Room 3133 Bioinformatics building CB# 7104 University of Chapel Hill Chapel Hill, NC 27599 Phone: (919)843-6105 FAX: (919)843-3103 E-Mail: jjin at email.unc.edu

use exprs() eg.: exprs(eset) on your summarized obj. b On Oct 23, 2007, at 3:38 PM, Jianping Jin wrote: > Dear list, > > I used to get/use/display rma normalized expression values by the > command > eset at exprs[] after computing expression with rma.
