Hi zhang jie,
It's best to repost to the bioconductor list
instead of contacting a poster directly. The
post you reference is very old, and was only
specific to that version of R/BioC. Properly and
easily installing Rgraphviz has been an on-going
problem, and many attempts have been made to
simplify the process, although there still may be
some problems. The latest post with installation instructions I could
find was:
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.science.biology.informatics.conductor/2
3932/match=rgraphviz+install
If you wait just a couple weeks, both R and BioC
will have updated versions which you should use.
I'm sure there will then be another round of "how
do I install Rgraphviz?!?" on the mailing list then.
Good luck,
Jenny
