Dear All, I'm looking to make a summary of the functionality of a gene (ID,name,position,Ch,function,pathways). could you please give me some useful informations (packages) to do this summary ? You don't mention the species you are interested in, so assuming Homo sapiens, you want the org.Hs.eg.db package.
