Hello bioC Users, I have a matrix I would like to plot with two different x-axis on the same plot. The matrix has two columns, one for 'total position' and one for chromosomes (human,1-24). I would like to plot both of them on my x-axis, while the y-axis contains the intensity values. Is there a way to do it? Thanks A. [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
