Hi, I've noticed that AnnotationDbi (v 1.2) no longer has makeProbePackage . Has this been replaced by a different function or has it been hived off to a different package ? Yes Martin is right, All the code that generates stock annotation packages, along with instructions on how to do this sort of thing has been migrated from AnnotationDbi to AnnotationForge. AnnotationDbi is now lighter so that it imposes less weight on users who have no interest in composing their own packages.
