Hi, I have downloaded GSE data with GEOquery and dowloaded both geno and phenotype data. But I got another experience with GSE34542. When I used the default parameters (getGEO("GSE34542"), only the genotype matrix was dowloaded. As I am also interested in the phenotype data, I just wonder if I should set GSEMatrix=F.
