Dear Prasad, New binary packages of mzR, version 1.5.4 (devel) and 1.4.2 (stable), that have been built against Rcpp 0.10.1 are available via biocLite. Could you update as follows library(BiocInstaller) biocLite("mzR") which should fix the problem. Best wishes, Laurent On 6 December 2012 11:21, Prasad Phapale [guest] <guest at="" bioconductor.org=""> wrote: > > Dear All, > I am getting error for mzR constantly. According to my local tests, this is fixed with the above mentioned mzR versions. And is this crashing anyhow related to mzR or any other Bioc package? The tests I have done are on a 32 bit system and I did not experience any such inconvenience.
