Dear all, The new Ensembl marts for release 70 are live on You can change your host to access our most recent data: mart <- useMart(biomart="ENSEMBL_MART_ENSEMBL", host="", path="/biomart/martservice") The following improvements and modifications have been made : Ensembl Genes 70 : Updated Human assembly to GRCh37.p10, Mouse (Mus musculus) assembly to GRCm38.p1, Rat (Rattus norvegicus) assembly to Rnor_5.0 and updated Cat (Felis catus) to Felis_catus_6.2. Added genomeRNAi filters and attributes for Human and Fruitfly. An example identifier has been added for all the RNAseq attributes. Ensembl Variation 70: Updated the human somatic variation database to COSMIC 61 data. Updated Mouse and Cow to dbSNP 137. "Minor allele frequency" and "Minor allele count" have been renamed to "1000 genomes global MAF" and "1000 genomes global MAC". Variation datasets have been renamed to "short variation (SNPs and indels)". Variation sources and Variation synonyms have been updated and reorganised in the filter and attribute sections. Ensembl Regulation 70: Added Binding motifs for Human and Mouse.
