hello Bioconductorians,
I was following a tutorial of www.bioconductor.org when i had read
:"to see what percentage of the MM are larger than th PM"
mean(mm(rawData) > pm (rawData))
for my experimental design , i have 0.27...
hence , if i understand, that means that i have 27% de MM , by
consequently that 73% hybridation are specific .....that's all..
In fact... i don"t see which kind of interpretation what can bring to
me
if you have a council has to give me
thanks
greg
