Hi,

I'm having trouble to understand which criteria are used for the determination of the reading frame in roboSeqR. Is it the position of the 5' nucleotide relative to the START codon, the position of the first base of the A-site codon, other?

best,

Antón

A read that starts in frame with the A of the ATG will be in frame 0, that which starts in frame with the T will be in frame 1, et cetera.
