Hi all,

I am a new user of R and have installed R version 3.2.0 in my windows 8 operating system. But I cannot install the Bioconductor.

Every time I run this following arguement:

source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")

this statement comes into the console:

source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
Update all/some/none? [a/s/n]: 

I don’t know how to find out which elements I have to update and how to update or how to fix this problem? I’d be grateful if you help me figuring this out.
