I tried to use insilicoMerging package and when I use 2 or more different expression sets (from 300 to 800 samples) setting method = "XPN", the execution stops and I get the msg that there is not enough samples. But when I use twice the same expression set (300 samples), the merging goes on well and finished without error. What's wrong and why do I get this error message?
