On the main page there is a section labeled 'Developers', and within that section is a link that says 'New package submission'.

Do you know how much time it usually takes to receive check results after the first submission? I submitted my package more than 12 hours ago and have not received any messages yet.

Usually the response would be quick, but the package builder for new submissions is not currently working; we hope to have this back on-line early next week. This will not affect the review of your package.

Please ask questions about package development on the bioc-devel mailing list.
