Dear Bioconductor list users This is for all of you who are interested in plotting data from microbial genomes on circular genome plots. It is possible to plot classification-style data or numerical data from microarrays, proteomics or computational methods. GenomeViz is free for all academic users. Here is the home page http://www.uniklinikum-giessen.de/genome/genomeviz/intro.html Any comments would be welcome. best regards Rohit Ghai ----------------------------------------------- Institute of Medical Microbiology Frankfurter Strasse 107 Giessen 35392 Germany
