I have a set of MoGene 2.1ST microarrays. Does anyone have some experience with the analysis of these chips? I tried the affy package without success? Is there a package available?

The 'affy' package will not work; you indeed have to go for 'Oligo' or 'XPS'.

James MacDonald has addressed this question many times on the list, see e.g: A: how to normalize mogene 2.1 st array? and A: Annotation for a MoGene-2_0-st Chip/Arry Data and A: normalizing all affymetrix array type with affy package impossible with R 3.x ?

^^ don't forget to adapt the above-listed code(s) to your array type.
