Hi,

I have single-end RNA-Seq data will be analyzed by dupRadar. However, I am not sure how to set the correct parameter based on the manual below. Should I set “paired <- FALSE” or “paired <- TRUE”? Many thanks.

paired   <- FALSE   # is paired end data

Best,

Gary

I think that, if you have single-end data, you want to set paired <- FALSE

Hi Gary,

the accompanying comment is a misguided attempt to define what the parameter expects. Please ignore the comment (or add a question mark at the end), and proceed as the common sense suggests:

PAIRED <- TRUE  # the library is paired end

PAIRED <- FALSE # the library is single end

cheers,

Sergi
