Hi, I have done differential expression analysis on R using DESeq2 but am having trouble exporting the results in the form of excel file. I would appreciate your help.

There are two possible things here that you could be having problems with. Either getting the results from DESeq2 in a format that you can use to export to an Excel workbook, or the actual process of exporting data from R to Excel. Is it the former or the latter (or both)?

For the former, see the vignette on export to CSV (comma separated value) file.
