Hello everyone !

We have done an rna-seq experiment and found some differentially expressed(de) genes. We want to test some drugs in our lab to find interesting ones for further analysis. Because there are so many drugs it would be cool to compare the differentially expressed genes we found to already available drug data. Then we could use the drugs that seem to be ( more ) potential in an experiment.

So maybe we can perform de analysis on a list of drugs to see if there is some kind of overlap, or maybe there is already a list like this available. So we were wondering if someone knows of a good source that has a collection of this data, or some other way to do this.

Regards,
