Hi! We are using R in DECIPHER to design group-specific primers to target a specific group out of other non target groups. Before designing the primers, according to the Decipher tutorial, we need to perform the command to define groups in our sequence database. We want to define those groups by setting sequences corresponding to lines 1 to 50 of the database FASTA file as ''group1'' and lines 51 to the end as''group2''. We would appreciate if someone can tell us how to write it in the script.
