Custom cdf and Ensemble

Hi,

I want to ask that I need custom cdf files for Ensemble version 73, how could I check that which version of custom cdf file in brain array is linked with which version of the Ensemble?

Your help will be really valued.

Check "Data Sources" for each version; you will then see that no version is based on Ensembl version 73, but the Ensembl-based v18 of the custom CDF is based on version 74.

The MBNI custom cdfs are generated by a group that is completely distinct from Bioconductor. If you have questions about their cdfs, please ask them, not us.
