ChIPQC: log2 or log10?

Hello,

First, thank you so much for creating ChIPQC! This is so useful and so well done.

In the first figure generated by ChIPQCreport(), the html report mentions in the title of the figure that it is the 'Plot of the log2 base pairs of genome at different read depths'. On the plot, on the y-axis, it says 'log10 BP'. I was wondering which log is actually used to generate the figure.
