Hello, I require an End User License Agreement to be able to install this software for a teaching lab.

Bioconductor is a collection of R packages. You could reference the R Licensing https://www.r-project.org/Licenses/ . Individual packages reference their own licensing but are suppose to be consistent with open source licensing. You can look up individual package licenses on package landing pages.
