Hi Everyone!

My project involves annotating my test dataset using SingleR and its reference sets. I want to combine two reference sets available. However, I am facing challenge in this step as these reference sets are different data types- Summarized Experiment Object and SingleCellExperiment Object, SingleR doesn't allow me to merge these.

Is there a way to convert a Summarized Experiment object to SingleCellExperiment Object or vice-versa?
