My name is Caitlin and I am a 4th year undergraduate in Cell biology. As part of my graduation requirements, I am obligated to present a research project and I have selected glioblastoma multiforme, chemotherapy resistance, and gene ontology. Since I am relatively inexperienced with regard to the use of GEO and Cytoscape, I am in dire need of assistance. I am not anticipating any difficulty in finding two GSE entries, but I do not know how to locate the genes involved from the microarray datasets or build a graph from within Cytoscape using RCy3. If someone could help me begin this project, I would definitely appreciate it.
