Hi,
I was going to check my scripts for differential ATAC-seq Binding Analysis and wanted to install an updated version of "DiffBind" Bioconductor package, in particular version 3.2.6 or 3.2.4 in whcih a specific little bug that was present in version 3.015 was solved (as you can see in one previous answer by Rory Stark). I intstalled the 3.2.6 verison on my macbook, and proceded with analyses fine, however I am now experiencing someting not convincing in the linux side: I would like to scale up some analyses and I would need parallel computing, as common in bioinformatics. My problem is: I would like to update the package in a conda environment, however when I go on anaconda site I cannotnot find those updated versions (3.2.4 or 3.2.6)
https://anaconda.org/bioconda/bioconductor-diffbind/files
is there a way to use updated versions from anaconda? or maybe I am wrong
thanks a lot
Michela
