I am aware of service difficulties at this time. This is a US holiday so I am not clear on how rapidly service issues will be resolved.

The server should be back up and running. We will be monitoring closely over the next day as we are still investigating the cause. It is unclear if the downtime will effect today's build report but likely expect today's report to be unavailable but regain normal scheduling tomorrow.
