Yes, you can utilise the mirror parameter with listEnsembl() or useEnsembl()
The valid options are ’www’, ’uswest’, ’useast’, and ’asia’.

Yes, I just got this (from Massachusetts, USA) but was fwded to the Aisa mirror and it worked.
