Hello!

I'm trying to perform a differential expression on a single cell dataset using MAST. My dataset has individuals with 3 experimental conditions (A, B and C). I'm only interested in the differences between A and C for now. However, since my sample size is very modest I was looking into also including the data from individuals with B. I know this is possible with other DGE packages like DESeq2 and edgeR, but with MAST I'm not able to find a solution in the manual. Is this a supported feature?
