A postdoctoral fellowship position in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the Medical College of Wisconsin is available for a candidate with a strong interest in clinical-translational research related to cancer treatment side effects, biomarkers, and analysis of large-scale, complex genomic datasets. This role will encompass multiple projects focused on understanding genetic and other host factors associated with predisposition to development of side effects resulting from cancer treatment, primarily radiotherapy.
We are seeking a highly motivated scientist with previous experience in genetic or molecular epidemiology with skills in management, analysis, and visualization of large datasets. Candidates should have recently earned or be nearing completion of a PhD degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, bioinformatics, or a related field.
