Dear listserv,

I was hoping you could help me convert coordinates from TAIR8 to the most recent TAIR (is the most recent TAIR10?).

For instance, I have this TAIR8 location: 18943964 on Chromosome 1.

Is there a way in Bioconductor to convert it to the location according to the most recent TAIR?

Please forgive me for not having any code to begin with. I don't know where to start.

you can use https://www.arabidopsis.org/download/index-auto.jsp?dir=%2Fdownload_files%2FSoftware%2FUpdateCoord

to convert TAIR8 to TAIR9. And the TAIR9 coord is same as TAIR10.
