Hi all,

I have an issue regarding the statistical test using monocle3! In my problem, I have two groups of cells: One express cd33 (positive), and the other does not (negative). The negative group is 12 times larger than the positive group. I want to see the differential expression between the groups, but since the negative is much larger, I need to weigh the smaller group! I couldn't find anywhere any help or suggestion regarding weighting in monocle3! Does anybody have an idea how we can do that?
