Illumina has rolled out a new version for the human methylation EPIC array with a new manifest file (IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICmanifestv2). This is an upgrade from the previous EPIC 850K. I am wondering if this new array is supported in any bioconductor packages such as Minfi, SeSaMe etc. Thank you!
