Hey all,

I was building a docker image this morning and noticed it was having trouble installing some dependencies using biocmanager. I've also noticed that the website seemed to make some updates this morning: https://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/misc/bioconductor/packages/

Can someone please provide any information regarding this? I am able to continue working using mirrors to install packages, but would like some further information for my work downstream.

We don't control the mirrors. You would have to contact the maintainer of the mirror you are using. Likely the maintainer of the mirror missed the update they were suppose to do that we announced on the mailing list and should contact us for guidance.
