Hi Bioc community, I'd like to update my old institution email address (UZH) with my current one (UniBo), but I am not allowed because I accidentally created an additional account with my UniBo email.
Is it possible to i) merge accounts, or ii) cancel the account created by mistake (unibo)?
Not sure this is the right place for this question; redirecting also appreciated.

Yes, I'd like to update my email on the support site (but the "new" email address, is being used for an accounts I accidentally created). Do you know how I can sort this out?

I don't think we currently support merging of accounts but I could delete an account. Please let me know the account you would like deleted.
That would work: could you please delete my "simone.tiberi@unibo.it" account? Then, I'll just update the email of this account.
