Hi everyone,

Is there anyone here who can help me with my bachelor thesis? I need to work with R to analyze gene expression (DESeq2, edgeR..) and to then construct the networks (wTO, CoDiNA). I also have a tutorial for R with the steps I should "go" but somehow I keep running into problems or questions.

It would be very nice if someone of you could help me to get through this. Only 3 weeks are left until I need to submit my thesis.
