I am using ChAMP on blood samples and I wanted to visualise cell type contribution in my analysis but I don't know how to do it. If I understand correctly, champ.refbase() corrects the effets due to cell type and returns cell proportion but I don't know how I can visualise cell type in my SVD like the other covariates (age, etc...)
