I'm just wondering if there are any packages or papers out there that simulate scRNAseq from bulk RNAseq. I've found a couple to that do the opposite (bulk RNAseq from scRNAseq) but can't seem to find what I was looking for.

I think most people would regard simulating scRNAseq from bulk RNAseq as impossible because bulk RNAseq does not provide information on how individual cells will behave.
