Error in champ.load(): The following specified files do not exist

Hello,

I ran into "The following specified files do not exist" error when running champ.load() as screenshot below: enter image description here

I am pretty sure all the files are in the directory. enter image description here

And I've also checked if my sampleSheet format is correct, and it seems fine to me. enter image description here

Can someone help me figure out what could be the problem here? thank you so much!
