Entering edit mode
Hello,
I am analyzing mouse DNA methylation data from the Illumina Mouse Methylation array and was wondering if there was an enrichment analysis function that integrates the mouse platform? Unfortunately, mCSEA does not.
An over-representation strategy would also be interesting, but gometh doesn't support the mouse platform either.
Do you have any recommendations on how to carry out this analysis?

Have you tried using
gometh? I don't have any mouse methylation data to test on, but a quick look at the function makes me think it might work out of the box.You can try using KnowYourCG
