Is there any package for lnrna disease ontology or mrna interaction ?  is there any other packges or databsess for gene ontology in mouse hope you will be fine, I am trying to use DOSE package but for disease ontology enrichment analysis I want

1. what kind of input file it can take eg(csv) is okay?

2. which organism it supports I am trying to use for mouse ?

3. I tried for my sample gene lists using Enterz id but every time no map found

4. I used these commands mentioned in pdf

enrichDO(gene, ont = "DO", pvalueCutoff = 0.05, pAdjustMethod = "BH", universe, minGSSize = 10, maxGSSize = 500, qvalueCutoff = 0.2, readable = FALSE)

or

data(geneList) gene = names(geneList)[geneList > 1] yy = enrichDO(gene, pvalueCutoff=0.05) summary(yyExamplesenrichResult-

class

but every time no map found?

thanks

DOSE is only work for human.

you may use http://www.informatics.jax.org/homology.shtml to map mouse gene to human gene and use DOSE to identify associated disease.
