I would like to know the tools/ steps to extract .CEL files from .DTT. Please  kindly let me know the tools/Steps involved to extract .CEL files from .DTT archive.

My understanding is that the DTT archive is just a zip file that you can unzip using whatever utility you like to use for that sort of thing.
