My installation of DESeq2 failed when a dependency, RCurl, failed to load after being built. This appears to be a fairly common error (see https://github.com/dmlc/mxnet/issues/771), but I haven't found a solution that works for me. Any suggestions are appreciated! The relevant error message, after running the command biocLite("DESeq2"), is provided below.
